1. When can I get my goods delivered?
If you order before 4pm
- Your goods will be delivered on the day after tomorrow.
If you order after 4pm
- Your goods will be delivered within 3 days soonest.
2. Can I choose my preferred delivery time?
Yes. We have 2 delivery time-slot within a day.
- 2:00pm – 6:00pm
- 6:00pm – 10:00pm
3. How much is the delivery fee?
A standard delivery fee of S$9 is charged.
4. What is the minimum order to enjoy free delivery?
You can enjoy free delivery for a minimum of S$80 and above per order.
5. What if I'm not at home for my delivery?
We will arrange second attempt to redeliver your order for free.
From third attempts onward, a re-delivery free of S$9 is chargeable.
Re-delivery will be arranged within 3 working days upon receiving your payment.
6. Is there any area that you don’t deliver to?
Yes. We don't deliver to army camps, airports, Sentosa Island, Downtown East, Jurong Island, Tuas and other restricted or remote areas.
7. What are the modes of payment I can use?
You can choose to pay with any of the following: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, WeChat Pay.
8. Will my information be kept private?
Your information is only used to process orders, to offer an improved shopping experience, and to inform you of discounts.
We will not release your personal information to any third party unless you have granted us permission to do so. Kingly refer to our privacy policy for further information.
9. How do I use the coupon?
The coupon code can be used during the payment stage of the checkout process. Simply enter the code (usually 8 digits) followed by the 'Enter' button. Once the code has been successfully redeemed, the total amount will be updated.
Please note that each coupon can only be used once per order.
10. Can I track the status of my order?
Yes. You can check your order status at “My Order” under your member center.
